  • 4. Adv. Finance & HRMS: Double-entry ledger, Trial Balance, Staff Payroll linked to biometrics.
  • 5. Web Modules: Student & Parent Dashboards, CMS/LMS, Upload homework.
  • 6. Secondary Operations: Library mapping, Hostel, Transport, Event Logs, and Data Exports.
  • 7. Integration & UAT: 6 weeks of rigorous regression testing, staff training, UAT, and final security audits.

Client Prerequisites

To guarantee the 4-month MVP launch, the following items are required from the Client prior to or during Phase 0.

Hardware Procurement

Face Recognition and Fingerprint Readers must be initiated immediately so our engineers can map the SDKs during Phase 1.

Face Enrollment Duration

School administration must allocate 1 to 2 weeks prior to MVP Go-Live to physically scan the faces of all students/staff.

Banking & Automated Gateways

Provide approved Merchant Accounts and API keys for Easypaisa, JazzCash, Visa, and Banks to enable automatic fee confirmations.

Website & DNS Access

Provide DNS access to the school's primary domain to connect the CMS, LMS, and Portals securely.

Legacy Data Migration

Consolidated Excel sheets containing existing student data, staff profiles, and fee structures for database seeding.

Progressive UAT Testing

Designation of a Point of Contact to participate in bi-weekly sprint testing and the 6-week final regression test.

Project Authorization

Formal sign-off agreement for development commencement.

This document serves as the formal agreement between Superior Lalazar Public School & College (Client) and Surlavish Technologies PVT LTD (Provider) for the development of the Hybrid Enterprise School Management System.

  • Scope: Delivery of 197 identified feature points across 17 modules utilizing .NET 10 MVC.
  • Timeline: 7 Months total. MVP Go-Live within 4 months, full expansion within the subsequent 3 months.
  • Software Budget: PKR 6,000,000 payable across 5 defined milestones.
  • Hardware Exclusion: All necessary local hardware, servers, cameras, and third-party APIs remain the financial responsibility of the Client.

By signing below, both parties agree to the timeline, cost structure, and technical scope outlined in this proposal, authorizing the commencement of Phase 0.
